General Meeting May 4th 2009

Donate three or four unrepairable vintage bicycles to local artist <X> for sculpture installation in front of BBW

Anna will contact landlord re: installation of sculpture on exterior of building

Email List vs on-line forum.

501c(3): Accountant needs some information:
- Articles of Incorporation stamped by Dept. of Assessment and Taxation
- Copy of current bylaws
- List of officers (everyone) and directors (President, secretary, Treasurer)
Everyone in collective should complete this by the end of the week:
- Full Name
- Qualifications
- Skills and experience
- Avg. Hours worked per week
- Duties (committee work, etc)

Boson: As-is policy was to address extenuating circumstances.
